Refund Policy
At StreamStonePath, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations or there could be an issue with your order. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may provide a refund, exchange, or a credit note, and how to initiate a request for the same.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we can cancel the order and provide a full refund. Please contact us at streamstonepath.com or call +1 415-674-1821 as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to our ability to act before the order is shipped.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order details and a description of the problem. We will work quickly to rectify the issue by sending a replacement item or issuing a refund as deemed appropriate.
Returns
In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at streamstonepath.com or call our customer service at +1 415-674-1821 within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging. Please note, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items that have not been used or consumed.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at streamstonepath.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at streamstonepath.com and send your item to: 1572 Lombard Street, San Francisco, CA 94123, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1572 Lombard Street, San Francisco, CA 94123, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
