'StreamStonePath originated with one simple vision: to deliver original Neapolitan pizzas to San Francisco. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizzeria was a modest venture with a family ambiance, adopting ancient recipes that have been passed through our ancestors.

Sophia Bianchi, the progenitor of our brand, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, particularly learning from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples, the birth land of pizza. When she returned to the UK, she came with the resolve to reconstruct the essence of authentic Italian pizza, preserving traditional techniques and selecting only top-tier ingredients.

Our journey started with a quaint space that could accommodate a dozen patrons but has since flourished into a culinary landmark in the community. Despite this growth, we remain true to our roots in offering superior quality and genuineness. Every day, we choreograph the age-old dance of lighting our wood oven, preparing the freshest dough, and securing the finest components for our pizzas.

To this day, 'StreamStonePath is still steward by the Bianchi family's next generation, enhancing our devoted crew's enthusiasm. While we have integrated a few modern conveniences, our quintessence persists: crafting scrumptious, traditional pizzas that unite kindred spirits.

Conventional Techniques

Our pizzas are created following age-old traditions, with our dough experiencing a 48-hour fermentation process and then being cooked within authentic wood-fired pizza ovens.
